Shipping policy

How long does it take to process my order?

Most items in my shop are made to order. I try to get orders out as soon as possible. Depending on the item, the process may take longer than others.  For example, a 3D print will take 6-8 hours whereas a chainmail lanyard will take about 2-3. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.

Where do you ship?

Currently only US Domestic shipping is available. I currently do not ship outside of the US. Shipping times will vary between 3-5 business days. 

If there is a shipping error and it's returned back, please notify ASAP on the correct mailing address. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Refund policy

If you receive your order and there is something wrong with it. Please reach out within 7 days of order receipt. This is including 3D prints, Dice sets, pin boards and chainmail orders.

For apparel items like shirts. If there is a problem with your apparel order, please reach out to lindsay@shecandraw.com. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging with all included accessories returned. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lindsay@shecandraw.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges for "change of heart" returns that are not damaged.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you wanted is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
